Westfield Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Toth to Westfield Bank President.
In his new role as President, Toth leads the bank's consumer, mortgage, and private bank business lines. "Since joining Westfield Bank 14 months ago, Mike has been instrumental in improving our capabilities and processes," said Westfield Bank Chairman and CEO, Jon Park.
Toth will continue to work with Westfield Bank's Chief Operating Officer Matt Berthold to promote organizational initiatives focused on the customer experience, as well as to implement transformation strategies for new banking capabilities, digitization, and process development. Utilizing his business and operational leadership experience, Toth is dedicated to positioning Westfield Bank to keep pace with the ever-changing banking environment.
Toth adds, "There is notable momentum underway across Westfield Bank and the communities that we serve. I look forward to partnering with our team of highly capable and client-focused employees and leaders in order to deepen our relationships with consumers and businesses throughout Northeast Ohio."
