Congratulations to Matt Berthold, who was recently promoted to Westfield Bank's Chief Operating Officer. Berthold joined Westfield Bank in 2003 and has been a valued member of our Executive Leadership Team, developing innovative processes that Westfield Bank will utilize for years to come. This well-deserved promotion comes following the successful completion of several operational projects. In his new role, Berthold will continue to be highly influential, promoting organizational initiatives, focusing on optimizing products and services, operational processes, and customer experiences.
