Westfield Center, Ohio – April 18, 2019 – Westfield Bank announces the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the board effective April 1, 2019 are Marilyn Eisele, Bill Priemer, and Scott A. Sinder. Each brings to Westfield Bank a wealth of professional experience and community commitment.

Marilyn Eisele is the president of BIOHM Health LLC, a microbiome company focused on gut health. She previously served as president of NDI Medical and as chief financial officer for its subsidiaries. Earlier in her career she was the chief financial officer for DIY Home Warehouse, a publicly traded company. Marilyn specializes in enhancing businesses by implementing positive changes to maximize opportunities and efficiencies.
In 2012, Marilyn co-founded and now leads NEO CFO, a group of Northeast Ohio CFOs who network monthly to share best practices, technology updates, and business ideas. In addition to her corporate and local involvements, Marilyn serves on various boards including Bowling Green State University, her alma mater. She and her husband reside in Shaker Heights, where she participates in numerous community endeavors.
Bill Priemer is the president and chief executive officer of Hyland, the Westlake, Ohio-based global content services provider that enables thousands of organizations to deliver better experiences to the people they serve. As the company’s leader, he oversees more than 3,000 employees in 30 offices around the world. He joined Hyland in 1997 as vice president of marketing, and became vice president of sales and marketing in 2001 and chief operating officer in 2005. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill worked for FedEx and AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Bill serves on the boards of John Carroll University and BVU: The Center for Non-Profit Excellence. He has also been a member of Vistage International, a peer mentoring organization for business professionals, since 2010. A native of Cleveland, Bill earned undergraduate degrees from Boston College and a master’s degree in marketing from Northwestern University.
Scott Sinder is a partner at Steptoe, a long-established law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. as well as four other U.S. cities and Beijing, Brussels, and London. An experienced legislative lawyer and public policy expert, Scott represents trade associations and companies on a wide range of issues and in state and federal trial and appellate courts, in Congress, and before regulatory agencies. He also serves as outside general counsel for several prominent trade associations, including the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, and charities.
Scott’s bar and court admissions include the District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as numerous district courts and courts of appeal. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees with honors from the University of Michigan.
